Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based mental health assessments and triage.
- Signpost or facilitate onward referrals to appropriate mental health pathways.
- Collaborate with referrers (IRS, Acute Hospital colleagues) and MDTs to determine care pathways.
