Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma level or degree in a relevant health profession (eg RMN).
• Current registration with the NMC and commitment to CPD.
• Extensive post-registration experience in frontline adult mental health services.

• Deliver full range of mental health assessments in community and hospital settings.
• Provide risk management and care planning with least restrictive practice.
• Lead on safeguarding and protective interventions within the team.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring for students and staff.
