Job Description:

We are looking for caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our home support team. The role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting independence.

The Home Support Team provides support across various homes, assisting the existing team or covering absences in specific roles. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different environments and with different teams are essential, as team members must "hit the ground running".

Experience in caring for others in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop necessary skills.

A clean driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours are essential for this role.
