Job Description:

We are looking for caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our Home Support Team to deliver high-quality services to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

The Home Support Team provides support across various homes, either to support the existing team or to cover absences in specific roles. Members of the team should enjoy variety, working in new environments, and adapting quickly to different teams and situations.

Experience caring for others in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as we will provide training to develop necessary skills.

A clean driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours are essential for this role.
