Job Description:

We are seeking caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our Home Support Team. The role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting independence.

The Home Support Team provides support across various homes, requiring team members to adapt to different environments and roles. Therefore, flexibility and the ability to 'hit the ground running' are essential.

Experience in caring for others in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop necessary skills.

A clean driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours are required for this role.
