Overview

Mobile Spa Coordinator Remote Working - Beauty Background Essential. We are a UK wide company operating for 18 years with a database of over 750 freelance and professional mobile beauty and health therapists to provide mobile health and beauty experiences for Hen pamper parties, mobile spas for family holidays in rented accommodation, corporate events, and wellbeing in the workplace.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly efficient, warm and friendly person who is based in the UK, able to show knowledge and expertise within the beauty and wellness initiative, is hard working, likes to juggle tasks within a fast paced, and sales oriented business, and who enjoys working on their own or with a small team, from their own home.

This role would suit someone who is keen to work within a small but thriving, privately owned company; who will take personal pride and ownership of their tasks to ensure that they become a valued and integral part of the company.

The Role
  • To undertake administrative tasks and co-ordinate glo s pamper party bookings and corporate events from your own home office.
  • Enquiries: To respond to Spa to You, Pamper Party and other private event enquiries to upsell/convert to a booking.
  • Bookings: To co-ordinate and organise bookings using the glo booking system. Booking to include liaising with client on payment, advising on treatment choices, arranging appointment schedules, health consultations, communicating with the client before, during and after the booking and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Therapists: To select and allocate suitable therapist/s to bookings and recruit therapists when necessary, to communicate with therapists throughout all bookings.
  • Recruit new therapists / trainers as required for Glo s pamper party and spa offering.
  • Nurture existing clients and upsell /expand Glo s service offering where possible.
  • Familiarize yourself with Glo s competition and consider service innovation for Glo.
  • Prepare event proposals for different event themes and organize events.
  • Stay up to date and well informed on key trends for spa therapies and the beauty/wellness industry in general terms.
  • Support Business Manager with business development in the pamper party and mobile spa sector.
Essential Experience
  • Solid administrative experience.
  • Solid understanding of beauty, complementary health, wellbeing, and emerging beauty and wellness trends/services.
  • Sales experience.
  • Understanding of how Glo s services are experienced on a mobile basis.
  • People management skills (in terms of getting the best from Glo s therapists).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Hours and Compensation
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (Tuesday - Saturday – 6 hours per day, 9am - 3pm).
  • Pay: £13.50 - £15ph depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Paid holidays based on statutory requirement (holiday allowance includes bank holidays).
  • Company laptop and company mobile phone will be supplied for the duration of the contract.
  • Entry to company pension scheme (NEST).
  • Other requirements: Access to a printer, at home fast internet / broadband coverage.
