Job summary

Stonewater is looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our Maintenance Services team within Mount Green, based in Leatherhead, Surrey. You’ll carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance work in customers’ homes, helping us deliver a reliable, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or a skilled trade.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Safe working practices and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in customer homes.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to high standards.
• Aiming for first-time fixes where possible.
• Managing materials, van stock and ordering supplies as needed.
• Using PDA to update jobs in real time and communicate with customers.
