Job summary

Octopus Energy Services is seeking skilled electricians to install low‑carbon technology in customers' homes across England. You will represent the Octopus Energy brands, deliver high‑quality installations and outstanding customer service, and work closely with the team to tailor solutions for customers.

Candidates should hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), 18th Edition, Part P, and Inspection & Testing qualifications, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued.
• Flexible approach to working patterns and locations.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑carbon technology in customers’ homes.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver suitable solutions.
• Use electrical knowledge to complete installations and deliver great customer service.
• Keep learning about new technologies at the R&D training centre.
