About The Role

Kerry is seeking an Account Manager for the Food Channel to join our team, working remotely with travel across the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business and maintain existing business across Kerry’s products & technologies.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and new business growth targets.
  • Manage and report on your sales portfolio, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Secure new sales opportunities by demonstrating value to existing and potential customers based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure joint business plans and contracts are aligned with sales, profit, and brand objectives.
  • Build customer account plans and target new opportunities.
  • Improve the customer experience continuously.
  • Develop a customer engagement strategy.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of your customer, competitors, and market.
  • Work with internal teams on quotations and pricing proposals.
  • Maintain records in SFDC (CRM system).
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning for accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in food sales, ideally B2B/Retail or Foodservice channels.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the food industry.
