Job summary

Barchester Healthcare, with over 25 years’ experience, nearly 240 care homes, and six independent hospitals, is seeking a Home Manager to lead person-centred care across our homes. You will be a visible leader delivering compassionate services and driving quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in care home management.
• Strong marketing and occupancy experience.

• Knowledge of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to build strong links with the local community.
