Position: Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £60k Basic up to £65k per annum (Including Bonus)

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Company Type: Medium Sized Care Provider

Requirements: Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

As a Home Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver outstanding, personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will be accountable for the CQC standards, audits, and the financial performance of the home, including occupancy levels and operating profit, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will also develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships and serve as a role model for staff members.

About you:

We are seeking an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. This role is suitable for experienced managers seeking a new challenge or development opportunities.

There will be ongoing training and development opportunities across the group, and the successful manager will have autonomy to run the service as their own business.
