The Right Person
  • You will have previous residential care home management experience, either as a Deputy or Home Manager.
  • You will hold your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or have an equivalent RMA, or be working towards one.
  • You will have experience working under the CQC regulations.
The Package

The initial benchmark salary is £35k+ with additional benefits, which is competitive for a small home. There is room for negotiation for someone exceptional who performs well at interview and has the right experience.
