Registered Care Home Manager - Nurse Qualified

£60,000 - £70,000 per year

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse Manager to lead a well-established care home in Stoke-on-Trent. The home provides nursing and dementia care and forms part of a wider care group with a strong reputation for excellence and compassion across its homes.

Requirements for the Home Manager include:

  1. Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
  2. Minimum of Level 5 in Leadership & Management
  3. Previous experience managing a care home (40+ beds)
  4. Strong clinical knowledge and operational leadership
  5. Familiar with CQC requirements and compliance standards
  6. Experience supporting older adults, particularly with dementia
  7. A confident leader who can develop teams and inspire a positive culture

Responsibilities for the Home Manager include:
  1. Oversee the daily running of the care home and ensure top-tier care delivery
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop your team
  3. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
  4. Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies
