Our client is recruiting for a Home Manager to lead their team in a Children's Home located in Stoke-on-Trent.

This role involves working with young adults in a supported living setting, with experience working with OFSTED highly advantageous. The provider deals with young adults aged 16 to 25 years old in Stoke-on-Trent, and applicants should be within a commutable distance. We welcome applications from Senior Support Workers for this role.
As the Home Manager, reporting to the Registered Manager, the successful candidate will be:
Ideally, you will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Children and Young People, with experience working within learning disabilities or mental health, and familiarity with CQC and OFSTED inspections. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a care setting is required.
The Home Manager will play a vital role and is expected to commit to additional training to enhance the provision.
In return, the client offers a salary of £36,000-£43,500, along with excellent pension benefits, free on-site food, and store discounts.
