Registered Home Manager - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

Location: Malvern, WorcestershireService Type: Small Residential HomeSalary: GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager in Malvern to lead a well-established, specialist service supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to take an already Good-rated home to Outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the home.

  • Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations and person-centred planning.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a stable staff team, promoting best practice at all times.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals.

  • Oversee safeguarding, compliance, audits, staffing, and financial responsibilities.

  • Drive continuous improvement and support the home's journey from Good to Outstanding.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.

  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team

  • Experience in working with adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
