Are you a Registered Nurse with experience as a Manager and a passion for providing quality care and support to adults and young people with Complex Care needs?

We are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing healthcare companies to employ an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to lead a new service in Sheffield. This is a full-time role with a salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including performance-related bonuses.

A Key Role in the Organisation

As a Registered Nurse and Care Home Manager, you will work within a legislative framework, with specific knowledge of CQC outcomes, regulations, and standards. A key part of the organisation's development and growth, you should have a proven track record of managing services recognized by the CQC as Good or Outstanding to ensure stability and high-quality standards.

The Next Step-Up for an Exceptional Registered Manager

You will hold at least an NVQ Level 4, Registered Manager Award or equivalent, and an active Nursing PIN. Experience managing residential, nursing, or hospital services supporting Complex Dementia, Neurodisability, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism is desirable.

The Care Home Manager will be responsible for:

• Recruiting, developing, leading, and supporting new and existing teams
• Instilling strong values and best practices within the service's staff teams
• Ensuring services meet Good or Outstanding standards in CQC inspections
• Engaging with residents, relatives, health professionals, local authorities, and community groups to establish a caring environment
• Leading safeguarding processes effectively
• Establishing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service user experience from referral to daily wellbeing

You should demonstrate how you would liaise with the Executive Management team and support colleague development.
