The Role

To take responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home and to achieve an industry-leading standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a caring environment that adheres to the latest guidelines, best practices, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain a high level of satisfaction with the service, fostering excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of Home Manager experience.
  • Experience caring for older people in Residential and Dementia settings.
  • Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
