Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and inspiring Nursing Home Manager to lead our clients team in providing high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities. As part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the welfare and wellbeing of our residents while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Salary: up to £55,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the care team to provide person-centred care of the highest standard
  • Oversee the operational management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
  • Utilise strong organisational and leadership skills to optimise the care environment
  • Embrace learning and adaptation to evolving care practices and technologies
  • Maintain high integrity and professionalism in all interactions and decision-making processes

Qualifications

  • Active registration as an RNLD or RMN with the NMC (desirable)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs, Fundamental Standards, and Quality Statements
  • Proficiency in IT skills for effective management of different platforms
