Advinia Healthcare is recruiting for a full-time Registered Home Manager to manage Deanfield Care Home in Glasgow.

Deanfield is a 50-bed home focusing on elderly care and dementia, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest quality of care for Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.
  • Manage the Deanfield Care Home to meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing a similar sized home (50 beds) – preferable.
  • Passionate about dementia care.
  • Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance with CI requirements.
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team.
  • Experience of managing and working towards budgets.
  • Ability to increase occupancy and market the home as a brand.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident working with local authorities and building new contacts.
