Role Overview

Take responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home and strive to achieve industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and effective management for all staff in the home.
2. Promote a caring environment aligned with the latest guidelines, best practices, and legislative requirements.
3. Manage the financial and commercial aspects of the home in line with company policies.
4. Ensure high satisfaction levels among residents and their families, maintaining strong relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to uphold a positive reputation in the community.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager.
• Experience caring for older adults in Residential and Dementia care settings.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial accounts.
• Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety legislation.
• Ability to innovate and raise care standards through new ideas.
