Sanctuary Care is recruiting a Home Manager for Juniper House Residential Care Home in Worcester. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned to residents’ plans and enhance daily living within a supportive, inclusive culture.

The role requires strong leadership within a residential or nursing setting, a current driving licence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Salary is complemented by generous leave and pension benefits.
