HOME MANAGER

Nuneaton / £60,000 PA / PERMANENT / DAYS

Home Manager required. My client is a family owned and operated medium sized, very well respected Healthcare Provider with 11 homes across England who is looking for an experienced Home Manager based in Nuneaton. The service offers person centred care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident, looking after those with Dementia and Nursing needs; the home has 57 beds.

Duties for the Home Manager include:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the smooth running of all departments and maintaining high standards of care.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance the resident experience.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  6. Manage budgets and resources effectively, contributing to financial sustainability and the achievement of operational targets.

Requirements for the Home Manager include:

  1. Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
  2. Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
  3. Proven track record of good CQC reports
  4. Experienced leader and mentor
  5. A passion for delivering high standards of care
  6. Good longevity on CV
