Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Home Manager to lead a Good or Outstanding rated care home in the Coventry area. You will drive person-centred care, manage operations and develop teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

You will shape delivery through a clear framework while retaining autonomy, with emphasis on safeguarding, CQC compliance, occupancy growth and community engagement. A rewarding and empowering leadership role awaits.
