• Inspirational leadership and vision to drive person-centred care in a Good/Outstanding home.
• Proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver high quality care.
• Strong organisational and management skills to run a busy care home.
• Experience in care home management, marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, CQC and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and build links in the local community.
