About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established nursing home for older adults in the Coventry area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader who can confidently manage staff, systems, and standards - while also driving occupancy and maintaining a strong community reputation.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially aware manager with a strong CQC track record, excellent leadership abilities, and experience in filling beds and marketing services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursing home

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards

• Drive occupancy levels, build local partnerships, and represent the home in the community

• Ensure robust care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governance

• Manage budgets, resources, and internal systems

• Promote a warm, inclusive, and person-centred environment for residents and families

Requirements

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting

• Excellent knowledge of CQC frameworks and compliance

• Skilled in staff management, rota coordination, and budget handling

• Commercial acumen with a track record of increasing occupancy

• Confident communicator with a person-centred mindset
