To take responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the care home and to achieve an industry leading standard. Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the care home and strive for an industry leading standard.
• Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
• Promote a caring environment that is delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction with the service and maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
