Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care
  • Maintain excellent compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Drive occupancy and ensure effective budget management
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated staff team
  • Create a culture of openness, empowerment, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 4 years\' experience in elderly care, including at least 3 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes
