Job summary

Bupa UK invites applications for a Home Manager at Woodend Care Home in Altrincham. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage operations and budgets, and drive high-quality, personalised care for residents. Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week).

About the Role

Leading and inspiring a multi‑disciplinary team and providing outstanding, personalised care to residents. Manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, take responsibility for operating profit and ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas. Build strong internal and external relationships to strengthen the Bupa brand with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners. Must be registered with the regulator and may be required to work out of hours or evenings.
