Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a Home School Liaison Officer, to support young people in a PRU in Chorlton. The young people have been taken out of mainstream education due to their SEMH needs. You will need to go to the homes of the young people, and liaise with third parties to support them as much as possible
The Home School Liaison Officer plays a key role in promoting student wellbeing and supporting the school's pastoral management system. The postholder will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to help students achieve their full potential, reduce absenteeism, and minimise the risk of exclusion. This role is central to building strong home-school partnerships and ensuring every child has access to the support they need.
