Job summary

B&Q Limited in Leyton is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time contract. You will provide expert customer service, help customers with home improvement projects, and support stock management, displays and store presentation.

You may be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but delivering great service is the main focus. Expect a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays at our Leyton store.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a buzz for helping others.
• Willing to learn and expand skills using new technology and ways of working.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Sales will be important along with stock management and setting up displays.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers, building knowledge about home improvement projects.
