Job summary

B&Q Erdington is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time role (15 hours per week) on a permanent contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 6.00am to 10.00pm, with a notional hourly rate of £13.10. You will help customers with home improvement projects, manage stock and displays, and may receive training in paint-mixing and timber cutting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home improvement ideas and products.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking presentable.
• Learn and apply paint mixing and timber cutting as needed.
• Provide great customer service as the main goal of the role.
