Job summary

B&Q Eastleigh is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time, 15 hours per week, 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, managing stock, and setting up displays. Training in paint mixing and timber cutting may be provided to enhance service.

Shifts cover weekdays to weekends. We value friendly, team‑oriented colleagues who enjoy helping others and are comfortable using new technology.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers with home improvement needs and advice.
• Assist with stock management, displays and store presentation.
