B&Q Cheltenham is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. The role covers 15 hours per week under a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–11.00pm, with a store location allowance included in the hourly rate.

You’ll be an expert guide to customers, helping with inquiries, stock, and displays. Great customer service and willingness to learn are essential, with weekend and bank holiday work in the rota.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, happy to help and eager to learn, you’ll thrive in a team and be flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with home improvement needs.
• Assist with stock, set up displays and keep the store looking great.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber cutting as part of role.
