Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Antigo, Wisconsin with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health agency. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health RN Contract Details:

1. $2,220 - $2,382 per week*
2. SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
3. Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
4. Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
5. Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
6. *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

1. OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
2. Electronic Charting experience
3. Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
4. Most contracts require some on-call
5. Current Wisconsin RN License
6. American Heart Association BLS
7. Valid U.S. Driver's License
