Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to support seniors at home across multiple Massachusetts locations. We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• HHA Certificate or CNA license preferred, but training is provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
