Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring for Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Homemakers. We offer competitive pay with direct deposit, medical/dental/401(k) benefits, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HHA certificate or CNA license preferred but training provided.
• Open availability preferred.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Experience as CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to support emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities and client well-being; report changes to supervisors.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required).


• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).


• HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!


• Open availability strongly preferred.


• Must pass a criminal background check.


• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
