Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks Bank Home First Assistants to support patients at home following hospital discharge across Gloucestershire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, provide personal care, and help patients regain confidence in daily activities.

Roles involve locality-based visits, with shifts between 7am and 10pm at multiple sites including Gloucester, Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Stroud and the Cotswolds.

Competenze

• Experience of working with people, their families and carers who may be going through challenging experiences or difficult situations
• Confident in handling IT systems and willing/able to be trained in specific system
• Experience of working in the community and in peoples own homes
• Experience of working in a health or social care environment providing personal and intimate care to people
• Practical experience of motivating people encouraging independence
