Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services, especially mortgage or insurance advice.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, protection plans, and related regulations.
• Basic math skills for loan calculations and affordability assessments.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial situations and identify suitable mortgage options and protection products
