Home Energy Counsel in Doncaster is expanding its contact centre team to drive energy-saving solutions. You will make outbound calls to introduce our offerings, book home energy assessments, and help households switch to greener options while working toward personal and team targets.

Location: Unit Six - Carolina Court, Lakeside, Doncaster, DN4 5RA

Salary: Starting from £24,124 per year + weekly commission (OTE £30,000+)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (after probation)

Desirable (but not required):

• Previous contact centre, sales, or customer service experience
• Experience using CRM systems
• Full training provided - if you're eager to learn, we'll give you the tools to succeed.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 - 14:00 (early finish = happy weekend vibes!)
• Please note that, in addition to the above working hours, employees are required to work one late shift per week (09:00 - 20:00) and one Saturday per month.
