SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 25hrs p/w; Mon 10:00 - 17:00; Thu 13:30 - 20:00; Fri 10:00 - 16:30; Sat 10:00 - 17:00

As a Home Design Consultant, your main responsibilities will include advising customers on their specific requirements and developing their ideas to refresh their home interiors. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills both on the sales floor and during consultations. We support your growth and development from day one, and flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

• Visit customers’ homes or conduct virtual meetings to suggest creative ideas tailored to their needs and personality.
• Ensure a safe environment during home or store visits for both customers and yourself.
• Use your design flair and listening skills to understand customer preferences.
• Communicate product lead times and costs clearly for design proposals.
• Work towards targets with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.

About You:

• You pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service.
• You have experience in colour and furnishings, with a natural flair for interior design.
• You can create functional, inspiring, and budget-conscious design ideas.
• You are flexible, proactive, and able to work around customers’ schedules.
• You are an outstanding communicator, capable of supporting customers throughout the process.
• You are comfortable organizing and hosting virtual meetings.
• You hold a full driving license and own a car.
