Job summary

Co-op Digital is hiring a Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver in Cranbrook to deliver groceries door-to-door and assist in-store tasks when not on deliveries. The role is part-time (16 hours a week) with regular overtime opportunities and weekend shifts discussed at interview.

You will need a full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years and a friendly, customer-focused approach. A driver’s role with flexible hours supports the local community and Co-op’s trusted service.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points.
• Friendly, helpful approach and a passion for supporting customers.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive approach to problem solving.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customers’ orders and deliver them to their doorsteps, driving safely and considerately while providing a friendly service.
• Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly, supporting colleagues in store when not on deliveries.
• Work hands-on in store, serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and helping with daily tasks.
• Help keep everything running safely and efficiently by carrying out vehicle checks and following safe ways of working.
• Support your local community and promote Co-op membership through great service and everyday interactions.
