Job description

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining the condition of goods.
• Perform checks to ensure the van is organized, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before driving in various locations and conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with questions, substitutions, and informing customers of any delays.
• Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to offer suitable recommendations.
• Assist in store tasks when not making deliveries.
