Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role, you’ll be delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.

If you love the open road, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, you could make a great Home Delivery Driver.

We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys managing a busy workload, puts customers first, and provides the best service to make a difference despite daily challenges on the road.

In addition to delivering, you will support the wider store operation by assisting with tasks such as checkout or stock packing when needed. Being a team player and providing excellent customer service are essential.

To apply, you must have a current driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points, and a friendly attitude towards people from all backgrounds.

Shifts may start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm. Flexibility for morning and evening shifts, including one weekend day, is required. The role involves a 16-hour contract that can be increased to cover additional driver holidays.
