Whether you're delivering to doorsteps, serving customers, or spreading seasonal cheer, you'll be helping make good food joyful for everyone. As a Home Delivery Driver, your focus will be on delivering customers' shopping on time and in excellent condition, providing outstanding service. This includes greeting customers with a smile, professionally handling queries, and keeping them informed of any delays. It's a hands-on role that also makes you the face of Sainsbury’s, so pride in doing the right thing for customers is essential. You should be comfortable lifting and moving online containers up to 15kg. When not on the road, you'll assist in-store.

You must hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points and be over 18. We will provide additional coaching to operate our delivery vehicles. You will complete an online driving risk assessment during your interview, and if successful, undertake a driving assessment upon joining.

Note: Many roles are temporary for the festive period, but permanent opportunities may also be available. Please check the contract type and hours before applying to ensure suitability.
