Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week

As one of our Home Delivery Drivers, you’ll be the special ingredient that delivers everything our online customers shopped at Sainsbury’s for.

• You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
• You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview, and if successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
• Completing checks to ensure the van is organized, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before driving safely in various locations and conditions.
• Serving customers by supporting with questions and substitutions, and keeping them informed of any delays.
• Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Assisting across the store when not making deliveries.
