Southern Home Services, a residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical company, seeks a Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team.

This full-time role offers top training, unlimited commission opportunities, and the chance to earn over $100K in your first year by closing deals with homeowners.

You will work with service technicians to recommend equipment and services, travel to client locations, and build lasting relationships while delivering comfort and value.

Qualifications

• Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
• Comfort with technology and sales tools to streamline processes.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and repairs.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
