About VHM Care

VHM Care partners with Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), and private individuals across Sussex and surrounding areas to provide high-quality Supported Housing for adults with care and support needs under the Care Act 2014. The organisation delivers specialist Domiciliary (Homecare) and Supported Living services for adults aged 18 and over with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities (including Autism Spectrum Condition), Challenging Behaviour, or Complex Needs. About the Role:

Full time, part time and permanent shifts available. Weekdays and Weekend shifts.

Main Duties:

• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
• Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with client’s families.
• Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.

What you’ll need:

• Full Driving Licence (required)
• Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
• The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)
