Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across the FY2 area. You will provide personal care, meals support, and companionship, while following care plans and maintaining dignity for service users.

We offer a flexible zero-hour contract, paid induction, and ongoing training. A Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required to travel between visits, with weekly pay and a supportive wellbeing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, compassionate and reliable attitude.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends.

Flexible Hours | Zero-Hour Contract (7am-10pm, Mon-Sun)

Location Requirement: Driver positions are available across the FY2 area. Walking rounds are available exclusively within the FY2 0EF postcode area.
