Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Worker to support clients in their own homes with personal care, companionship and daily tasks. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts (including weekends) and adherence to care plans and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
• A caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Work-related vehicle insurance, or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to undergo relevant background checks
• Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.

Your Role
