What you need to know:

• In this role, there is no such thing as a typical Service User or a typical day!
• Every person you care for is an individual with their own personal needs and personality, and their care will be tailored to meet these needs.
• Your main responsibilities will range from providing personal care, administering medication, shopping calls, or companionship.
• FULL TIME 07:00-22:00 working hours.
• Set shift pattern with alternate weekends off!

What we need from you:

• Be caring, empathetic, and respectful.
• Be flexible as the role is ever-changing!
• Be willing to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
• You must be 18 years old or older.
• Competitive hourly starting rate of £12.50 - £13.52
• + Client Uplifts ranging from £0.50 - £4.50!
• Flexible rota schedule with permanent contracts of employment with guaranteed hours.
• Travel Time paid between visits at NMW.
• Use of one of 17 of our Company Cars so no wear and tear on your own!
• Mileage paid at £0.25 per mile if you use your own vehicle.
